Showing interest for your clients issues, being empathetic for the concerns, needs and fears of your clients – this behavior is giving you, your company the chance to show that true client advocacy is not a matter of lip service but a matter of true empathy and interest for your clients needs.
This time of global crisis is a great chance to move a bit closer, to think of each others and to undermine this empathy with little messages of interest and concern. Be interested in the concerns of your clients, listen and give faith and trust.
